We promise that every item you rent will be good working condition, as described in the product description.
As far as is in our power, we ship out all orders the next working day, if the order is paid for before 13:00.
Orders paid for after 13:00 are usually shipped out within two working days. You don’t have to wait for weeks on end – like our competitors are known to do.
Normal delivery times: 2 – 4 days for small items. 5 – 10 working days for appliances.
Our warehouse is not open for shipping on weekends or public holidays.
We want you to be really happy with your rental. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair, replace it or credit you with a voucher, subject to the below terms and conditions.
