


In 2013, Epic Deals launched with a straightforward idea: South Africans shouldn’t have to pay full price for premium tech. We started buying, testing, grading, and reselling pre-owned iPhones, MacBooks, Samsung devices, gaming consoles, and more. Thirteen years and 100,000+ happy customers later, that business is still going strong.
But along the way, we kept hearing the same thing from customers: “I love the product, but I can’t swing R8,000 right now.” Fair enough. Not everyone wants to – or can – pay upfront, even at a discount. Some people want a washing machine for their new flat. Some need a MacBook for a 6-month contract. Some just want to try something before committing.
So we built Epic Rentals. Same team. Same warehouse. Same obsession with quality. Different way to get the tech and appliances you need.
