If your product arrives defective or develops a fault, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and coordinate with the supplier through Digirent to have it repaired or replaced as quickly as possible. Yes, absolutely. We provide you with your ownership value in advance for every month of your agreement so you can plan ahead. When you’re ready to take ownership, simply contact us and we’ll initiate the option-to-purchase process with Digirent on your behalf. You’re in full control of when that happens.

You choose the length of contract to suit your pocket, from 6 months to 60 months, and any option in between. (6 Months is treated as cash, no admin fee’s etc)

Yes, you can drastically reduce your monthly rentals by paying in a deposit. This will also reduce your ownership value.

Can I keep it?

Yes, if you want to! Rent 2 Keep is a rental, so the item stays ours while you’re renting it. Love it and want to keep it? Just ask, and we’ll give you a buyout price, any month. Once that’s paid, it’s all yours. There’s no pressure to buy, though. At the end of your term you can simply hand it back, or upgrade to something new.

We believe in full transparency. Your monthly rental amount is clearly stated upfront with no surprise charges added along the way. Please note that standard initiation and administration fees from Digirent may apply depending on your agreement — these are always disclosed to you before you sign anything. What you agree to is what you pay.

Yes — any additional payments you make go toward reducing your outstanding ownership value. Once your account credit matches your current ownership figure, simply contact us and we’ll initiate the formal option-to-purchase process with Digirent to transfer ownership to you.

Not a problem at all. Upgrades are handled through Epic Rentals in coordination with Digirent. Simply get in touch with our team, let us know what you’d like to upgrade to, and we’ll work out the adjusted agreement and rental amount for you. It’s a straightforward process — just reach out and we’ll take it from there.

Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa. Once you are approved and the paperwork is signed, small items usually take 2 to 4 working days and larger items 5 to 10 working days.
