Renting through Epic Rentals means your products are backed by two trusted partners. Here's everything you need to know about your rental, your rights, and how we support you.

Step 1 - Browse & Apply

Find the product you want on epicrentals.co.za and submit your rental application. Our team handles the paperwork and connects you directly with our Finance Partner.

Step 2 - Your Agreement Is With our Finance Partner

Once approved, you sign a lease agreement with our Finance Partner - the company that legally owns your device throughout the rental. Payments run monthly via debit order on the day you have chosen.

Step 3 - Products Sourced via Our Supplier Partner

All products are sourced through our supplier - South Africa's largest furniture and appliance buying group (est. 1968). That means quality products at bulk-negotiated pricing, passed on to you.

Reporting & Policies
Clear steps and terms for your rental agreement.
Perform a full inspection immediately upon delivery. Check for any physical damage or functional defects before use.
Document the issue with high-quality photos or a short video. Video is highly recommended for functional issues like screen flickering.
Report defects in writing within 7 days of delivery. After this window, the device is considered accepted in good condition.
Once reported, we log the claim with our finance and supply partners. Epic Rentals facilitates the entire process for you.
Upon approval, we arrange a non-defective replacement. Sign the updated release note when your working device arrives, and you're set.
Monthly payments cannot be withheld while your agreement is active.
  • Minimum Term: 6 months from commencement date.
  • Cancellation: 30 days written notice required after the initial 6-month period.
  • Refunds: No refunds available on rental payments already processed.
  • Device Return: Must be returned in original condition (fair wear and tear excluded).
  • Option to Purchase: Ownership value is available in your lease schedule at any time.
  • Late Payments: Interest at 2% above prime plus a R19.90 admin fee for returned debits.
