Why was I declined?

Not us using the old “It’s not you it’s me” line…
It’s not personal, but unfortunately, your application has been declined due to several reasons. The system along with manual checks automatically declines applications that do not meet the minimum requirements. Here are some possible reasons why your application was declined:
Some reasons for declines are:
- Invalid/ fraudulent documents submitted.
- Outstanding documents/ steps in the Verification process. (No proof of income for 3 months or more. No proof of address.)
- Analysis results deemed by the system indicating that you do not qualify for that specific item/ monthly Sub amount.
- Your historical relationship with us/ having outstanding payments on an existing Subscription.
- If you are ordering for another person.
- Suspected Fraud or affiliation with fraudsters.
Refunds take 7-10 working days from our side provided your existing Subscriptions are up to date.
