Setting up a new place means two things before anything else: cold food and clean clothes. The Defy Home Starter Bundle sorts both in one go. You get the Defy 157L Metallic Eco Fridge/Freezer, compact enough for a flat but roomy enough for a family’s weekly Spar run, plus the Defy 8kg Top Loader with FountainWash to keep the laundry pile under control. Both carry Defy’s local, service-friendly reliability that South African homes have trusted for decades. Instead of paying for two separate deliveries and two agreements, this bundle gives you one small monthly, one free delivery, and both appliances become yours to keep at the end of the term. It is the simplest way to get a home running.
Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa, and there is nothing to pay upfront.
Once your application is approved and your agreement is signed, we schedule your delivery straight away. You do not pay us to have the item shipped. Your first monthly instalment is collected by debit order on the agreed date after delivery.
Normal delivery times: 2 to 4 working days for small items. 5 to 10 working days for appliances.
Our warehouse does not ship on weekends or public holidays.
We want you to be really happy with your rental. If a product arrives faulty or is not as described, we will repair it or replace it.
Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery are handled under our Returns Policy together with the manufacturer’s warranty. Accidental damage and liquid damage are not covered.
